INGREDIENTS:320g Yeo’s Ezy Cook Noodles120g chicken breast, diced80g prawn, cooked, de-shelled60g long bean, cut into 1cm length50g bean sprouts
SEASONINGS:185g Yeo’s Laksa Paste
PREPARATION METHOD:- Add the chicken, long bean and Laksa Paste into 500ml boiling water. Stir well and bring to the boil.
- Stir through and simmer till chicken is cooked, pour over noodles.
- Garnish with bean sprouts and prawns, serve hot.
SERVES: 3
