INGREDIENTS:
3pcs lamb chops
1 tsp minced garlic
Pinch of mixed herbs
1 tbsp cooking oil

SEASONINGS:
3 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
1 tsp  Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lime juice

PREPARATION METHOD:
- Apart from the mixed herbs, mix the lamb chops together with minced garlic and all the seasonings, marinate for 2 hours.

- Heat the frying pan over medium heat, pan-fry the lamb chops until cooked. Splash a pinch of mixed herbs before serving.

SERVES: 3
